Of course it’s annoying if you can’t find the part you’re looking for! Our extensive machinery enables us to engineer the production of various products on a project basis.

Do you have a catalogue you can send me?

Yes, contact our sales team.

Do you apply a minimum order quantity?

You can buy both large and small quantities from Alumat Zeeman. However, varying minimum order quantities may apply to specific products.

Are your parts delivered worldwide?

Alumat Zeeman exports internationally. Thanks to our vast experience we can guarantee trouble-free logistics, including flawless customs clearance.

Can I buy from Alumat Zeeman as a private individual?

It is possible to buy parts from Alumat Zeeman as a private individual. Please note that you cannot pay in cash. You can only pay by debit card or bank transfer.

Does Alumat Zeeman also sell used parts?

Alumat Zeeman does not sell used parts.

What is the average turnaround time of an order?

The delivery time depends on the size of the project and/or order. You will receive an indication of how much time it is certain to take, together with your quotation. The sales team can give you an updated indicative delivery time at all times.

What about warranty?

  • For the rest, the warranty that the importer, manufacturer or agent has given Alumat Zeeman B.V. is provided.
  • All goods eligible for warranty or repair must be delivered to Alumat Zeeman B.V., carriage paid, accompanied by their purchase invoice. Failure to include a purchase invoice will invalidate all warranty claims.
  • The costs of shipment by Alumat Zeeman B.V. to the importer, manufacturer, etc. are at the expense of the customer, as are any costs charged to Alumat Zeeman B.V. by the manufacturer, importer, etc. All goods will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense and risk.

Can I buy subsystems from Alumat Zeeman?

Thanks to Alumat Zeeman’s extensive machinery, we are also able to produce subsystems.

How do I determine which ventilation system is right for me?

If you inform us about your location, greenhouse type and ventilation requirements we will be able to determine which type of ventilation system is best suited to your situation. Alumat Zeeman will be happy to give you obligation-free advice for your project. You can always rely on our expertise in finding an appropriate solution.

Can I receive an indication of the costs?

When you submit a quotation, we make a calculation so that we will be able to give you an indication of the costs.

Can I have a complete greenhouse built by Alumat Zeeman?

Alumat Zeeman does not build complete greenhouses. Of course, we have many connections with greenhouse builders who can supply you with a complete greenhouse. Alumat Zeeman is your supplier for parts, ventilation and screen systems.

Can Alumat Zeeman supply and install complete systems?

Alumat Zeeman designs, produces and delivers complete systems. In cooperation with our regular partners, we can also take care of the necessary installation.

Does Alumat Zeeman also supply ventilation systems that keep insects out of the greenhouse?

Do you want to keep insects inside or outside the greenhouse? This can be achieved with insect nets that are fitted to the ventilation system.

What material are push rods made of?

Push rods can be made of different materials. Alumat Zeeman mainly uses Contiflo tubes due to their durability.

What are the payment terms?

Which delivery specifications should I keep in mind?

When you submit your request for quotation we would like to receive the material specifications, the desired quantities and a drawing or sketch of the product.

What are the wire diameters for bending and machining?

Alumat Zeeman processes wire in diameter sizes ranging from 0.8 to 6 mm.

Can I have products custom made?

This is certainly possible. Thanks to our versatile machinery, we at Alumat Zeeman are happy to make customized products.

What is your maximum length for sheet metal processing?

Alumat Zeeman processes sheets up to a maximum length of 6 meters.

Can Alumat Zeeman design specific parts for me?

Our vast experience in engineering and knowledge of greenhouses makes it possible for us to design and produce specific, customized parts.

Is production under a private label possible?

This is possible at Alumat Zeeman. We are happy to produce your products with our extensive machinery.

Which types of sheet metal can you process?

The following materials can be processed by us:

  • Steel
  • Pre-galvanized metal (sendzimir)
  • Aluminum
  • Stainless steel
  • Coated pre-galvanized metal sheets (sendzimir) (polyester 0.63 mm)

The above types of material are available from stock in various sizes and thicknesses.

What if I want to have another type of material processed?

We would be happy to look into the possibility of finding a solution in consultation with you.

Can I supply my own technical drawings? And in which formats?

You can certainly supply your own technical drawings. We can open drawings in all commonly used file types. You can also submit a sketch. If there are any uncertainties, we will send you a drawing for approval beforehand, so that we can be sure that your product will be made according to the correct specifications.

Can I also receive a prototype?

Prototypes can be made on request to enable us to perfect the end product, for problem-free application or installation.

Can I supply my own materials?

It is possible to supply your own materials. However, in many cases this will not be necessary. Alumat Zeeman has a number of different materials in stock to make things easier for you.

We can rejuvenate tubes from roughly 12 to 120 mm in diameter. Do you have a specific type of processing in mind or do you need to have a tube processed with a different diameter? We will be happy to think along with you!

We keep an extensive stock of Contiflo and aluminum tubes in stock. In addition to this, we also have various gas pipes.

What is the maximum length of machined sheet metal available?

Alumat Zeeman processes sheet metal up to 6 meters in length and 2 meters in width.

Can I also have additional work carried out, such as welding, galvanizing or coating?

Our extensive machinery allows us able to perform many additional processing operations. We are happy to take care of such additional processing operations as galvanizing, coating and welding for you.

Kan ik mijn wachtwoord voor de webshop zelf wijzigen?

Kan ik mijn eigen artikelnummer/omschrijving en barcode opgeven zodat ik de producten ook zo krijg aangeleverd?
Is het ook mogelijk dat de goederen die ik koop onder private label verpakt worden?

Ja, wij kunnen uw naam, adres en logo op het  productlabel afdrukken. Er zijn echter wel voorwaarden voor deze leveringen. Informeer hiernaar bij onze verkoopafdeling.

Is er ook (verkoop)informatie over producten beschikbaar?

Indien beschikbaar kunt u extra productinformatie vinden op de artikelpagina in de webshop. Voor diverse artikelen zijn er tekeningen beschikbaar, wij streven ernaar om meer tekeningen en 3D weergaven te publiceren op onze webshop. Indien u extra informatie of hulp nodig heeft, neem dan contact op met ons salesteam.

Zijn al mijn bestaande prijsafspraken en kortingen doorgevoerd in de webshop?

Indien uw kortingen en prijsafspraken heeft zijn deze doorgevoerd in ons systeem, deze prijzen worden (na het inloggen) automatisch in de webshop getoond. Mocht hier volgens u een onjuiste prijs worden getoond dan verzoeken we u met ons verkoopteam contact op te nemen.

Hoe stuur ik iets retour?

Het kan gebeuren dat de door u bestelde goederen geretourneerd dienen te worden. Mogelijke redenen kunnen zijn:

  • De door u bestelde producten zijn defect of beschadigd.
  • De goederen dienen te worden gerepareerd.
  • De ontvangen zending bevat niet de door u bestelde producten (verpakking a.u.b. niet openen).
  • De goederen maken onderdeel uit van een order waarvan de verkoper incidenteel met u heeft afgesproken dat niet gebruikte goederen geretourneerd mogen worden.

Het is belangrijk dat u altijd eerst contact met ons opneemt vóór u de goederen terugstuurt. Dit kan door contact op te nemen met de verkoper die de goederen aan u heeft verkocht. Let op: Sommige producten zijn speciaal voor u geproduceerd of maatspecifiek vervaardigd. Deze artikelen zijn uitgesloten van retour.

Uw order is terecht gekomen in ons interne fiatteringssysteem. De afdeling verkoop zal uw order nakijken en deze compleet met alle bescheiden en condities naar u toe mailen. Graag ontvangen wij dan van u een goedgekeurde orderbevestiging retour.

Ik heb een nieuw e-mailadres, waar kan ik dit wijzigen?

Wilt u de basisgegevens van uw account wijzigen, neem dan contact op met ons sales team.

Kan ik ook via de webshop onderdelen bestellen en afrekenen?

Bestellen kan via webshop alleen op rekening. Afhankelijk van de betalingscondities versturen wij uw bestelling op of u kunt uw bestelling afhalen bij ons magazijn in Maasdijk. Wanneer de bestelling wordt afgehaald bij het magazijn dan heeft u de mogelijkheid om te pinnen.

Kan ik een factuur die ooit aan mij is verstuurd opnieuw downloaden of bekijken?

The warehouse is open on business days from 7.30 AM to 4.30 PM.

Are orders packaged to comply with the relevant export requirements?

Yes, all orders are packaged in to comply with the relevant export requirements as a standard.

Will my order be delivered carriage free?

Can you draw up export document for customs authorities?

Yes, Alumat Zeeman draws up customs documents for goods shipped to destinations outside the EU.

Can very long materials be loaded into a closed container?

Yes, Alumat Zeeman has a C hook that enables very long materials to be loaded into a container.

Are export invoices and packing slips also available in Excel format?

Yes, our ordering system enables export invoices and/or packing slips to be created in multiple languages in Excel.

Is drop shipping possible?

Yes, drop shipping is possible for orders.

Maasdijk office

Does Alumat Zeeman have a showroom?

Unfortunately, our head office in Maasdijk does not have a showroom, but our warehouse (from which goods can be picked up) does have many products in stock. You can, of course, make an appointment to view products or to be shown around the warehouse.

Does Alumat Zeeman offer its guests use of free WiFi?

Our location at Honderdland 32 has a wireless network that is also accessible to our guests. This will help you pass your waiting time here fruitfully.

Can I recharge my electric car at Alumat Zeeman?

As sustainability one of Alumat Zeeman’s foremost priorities there are two charge stations at our parking facility.
